Paciente que llega 2014 para hacerse endodoncia en lateral primero y luego en central pero no el que tenía el poste y lesión sino el del otro lado. Nunca se quiso repetir el central que tiene el poste porque no le molestaba y es de bajos recursos. La última foto es del 2018 las Endo hechas por mi están sin lesión pero la del central aparentemente sigue creciendo pero sigue asintomática. Le recomendé cirugía apocalipsis pero sigue sin querer ya que sigue asintomática. Que opinan? ???????? Case that came in 2014 and we did lateral and central incisors but not the one that has the post and the lesion. She didn’t want it to do it because she didn’t has any symptom’s. The last x-ray is now on 2018, The one’s I did appear to be great but the incisors with the post seems that the lesion is bigger, I recommend apical surgery but since she is asymptomatic and has low resources doesn’t what to do anything. Any thoughts?
